15th Day (End oF 3rd Week)

Today did'nt have much work. Just using the eSispen to find some of the data and help the new staff on how to make phone call to other branches. Also help them to set up the new PC that have arrive today.

14th Day (3rd Week)

Today i didn't have much work. Just Arrange the document and files for Pn Roudhah. Yesterday in my unit have a new staff also with other unit, and today what i has already know i have to teach him how to work on it. I'll teach him on how to use the Microsoft Excell and to use the eSispen. Thats all for today.

13th (3rd Week)

Today my task is to seperate the information about payment for Hotel, Buses, and staff for the record to Pn Roudhah .I also have to find some files (FT) for Pn Marlinny to use it. Then i have to find the data about staff grade (pangkat) in eSispen to determine how much payment their will get for the "Kursus" they have attend for.

12th Day (3rd Week)

Early in the morning until noon i have to follow Pn Marlinny to attend a meeting with "Pengarah Bhg Latihan", "Penolong Pengarah" and few others staff. I just be Pn Marlinny assistat for that meeting. Its not to much that i have done but it give me a lesson on how the formal meeting is operate. Today have a few staff is coming to my unit and i and others help them to move their things to the other room. Its takes time to move the goods from one room to another.

11th Day (3rd Week at RISDA)

Today my task is to complete the "Kursus Intan" candidate list for Melacca, Johore and Negeri Sembilan for the record. Thats all for this day.

10th Day (End of 2nd Week)

Early in morning RISDA have a "ceramah" every Friday and the attendence is compulsary. I, Hafiz and Siti Zarina must attend for that activity also the other staff. It start at 8.30 until 9.45 then i just do the work as usual by completing the application for internship student. After noon break all of staff in "Unit Latihan" must attend for the meeting with the Puan Wan Esah for a briefing with a new regulation about discipline and punctuality of the staff. Then I just continued with the task that haven't finish for the record.

p/s: tomorrow i will attend En. Zul with Cik. Nurazimah wedding that is in our department staff, both are in the same department then become one....hehe

End for the 2nd Week

9th Day (2nd Week)

In the early morning Puan Marlinny want me to find an artical for her about "Mentaliti Subsidi" and "Pelancongan Desa". Its quite hard to find it, but finally i can complete those task in the afternoon. Then just continued with my task to key in the information for the internship for their record and information about "Badan Berkanun Persekutuan" for Malacca, Johore and Negeri Sembilan. End.
