Within this week i have similar with the previously week, key in the data into eSispen and make a letter for Pn. Marliny. I also have to make "surat pekeliling" to all the saff in the Training Department. Mostly I have done is fax and make a call at certain hotel to have a "sebut harga" for the kursus will be done in January. Also have to do a SWOT analysis for En. Alzafry. This analysis is an extra documentation for RISDA with our final report for them.

Quite Sad to leave this Organisation, but i have to go....

Within this week,ive given task from Pn. Marlinny to find a team building games for the 'Kursus Induksi' And 'Orientasi' for the program on January. I have to schedule their program for 3days('Kursus Induksi') and 2 days('Orientasi'). Its quite hard for me because she dont want the team building games that already been played. So i have to make a research about it in a few day, and its already complete those task. In wednesday my department make a 'jamuan' for 3 of us that will leave this organisation in next weeek. I didnt believe that they will do this to us,and give us a gift before we leaving. The other task its quite similar that i already been doing. Thanks a lot for them (Bhg Latihan).

Week 6 @ RISDA

Within this week, im quite busy with the training for the "Malam Gala RISDA" on friday. Unfortunately, hafiz can't join us because the performer already full. My department will combine with 'Bekalan Input Pertanian Department'. The task that i get for this week also quite similar with before. But the interesting part is, I being exposed to the new system that will be implement to the RISDA call e-Latihan on wednesday. Im attend their short 'kursus' at meeting room. This is the new system that they will use on january 2009.Thank God, our performance is good even though we didnt win the best performer. This is several picture on that day;

For this week,my task is quite same like the other weeks. Just deal the list or the "kursus" and also make a letter for the "Cuti Belajar Bergaji" for certain staff that have been offer for. For the next week, RISDA have a dinner and three of us need to perfom for that funtion. Hopefully it will be fine. ;%....

Nothing much in this week..Just have a normal task, deal with list of name for certain "Kursus" and use "eSispen" to find certain data. On tuesday i have attend for the Monthly assembly at RISDA. The assembly just refresh back what have achive and what their had done for the whole month. They show the sports that they participate with, and how successful their have done. Their achive a second place and have 8 gold medal. For my department they will be the organizer on January. Unfortunately i cannot join to become one of the organizer because already finish my internship.

Today did'nt have much work. Just using the eSispen to find some of the data and help the new staff on how to make phone call to other branches. Also help them to set up the new PC that have arrive today.

Today i didn't have much work. Just Arrange the document and files for Pn Roudhah. Yesterday in my unit have a new staff also with other unit, and today what i has already know i have to teach him how to work on it. I'll teach him on how to use the Microsoft Excell and to use the eSispen. Thats all for today.

13th (3rd Week)

Today my task is to seperate the information about payment for Hotel, Buses, and staff for the record to Pn Roudhah .I also have to find some files (FT) for Pn Marlinny to use it. Then i have to find the data about staff grade (pangkat) in eSispen to determine how much payment their will get for the "Kursus" they have attend for.

12th Day (3rd Week)

Early in the morning until noon i have to follow Pn Marlinny to attend a meeting with "Pengarah Bhg Latihan", "Penolong Pengarah" and few others staff. I just be Pn Marlinny assistat for that meeting. Its not to much that i have done but it give me a lesson on how the formal meeting is operate. Today have a few staff is coming to my unit and i and others help them to move their things to the other room. Its takes time to move the goods from one room to another.

Today my task is to complete the "Kursus Intan" candidate list for Melacca, Johore and Negeri Sembilan for the record. Thats all for this day.

10th Day (End of 2nd Week)

Early in morning RISDA have a "ceramah" every Friday and the attendence is compulsary. I, Hafiz and Siti Zarina must attend for that activity also the other staff. It start at 8.30 until 9.45 then i just do the work as usual by completing the application for internship student. After noon break all of staff in "Unit Latihan" must attend for the meeting with the Puan Wan Esah for a briefing with a new regulation about discipline and punctuality of the staff. Then I just continued with the task that haven't finish for the record.

p/s: tomorrow i will attend En. Zul with Cik. Nurazimah wedding that is in our department staff, both are in the same department then become one....hehe

In the early morning Puan Marlinny want me to find an artical for her about "Mentaliti Subsidi" and "Pelancongan Desa". Its quite hard to find it, but finally i can complete those task in the afternoon. Then just continued with my task to key in the information for the internship for their record and information about "Badan Berkanun Persekutuan" for Malacca, Johore and Negeri Sembilan. End.

Today got lots of task to handle for. I handle the letter for internship student and give it to Puan Marlinny for approval and signiture. Then the letter is given to En. Man at the Admin Unit. The other task is to key in all the data about internship student wether is approve or not for record. Also i have to key in the data for staff that already go for their "kursus" for record.

7th Day (2nd Week)

Today i have lots of task today, I handle the application for the student who apply intership in RISDA for all the branches even in here(HQ). Also make a confirnmation for the new application from student wether the place is require for them or not in certain branches. The resume that been accept or rejected, i produce that letter and wrote for them. Then give to Puan Marlinny to have a signiture. Also i need to find the list of name for the student that already have their internship at Human Resource and Training Unit. Thats all for today.

the task i deal today is to work with "e-Sispen" for updating the data needs to be update into the several "kursus" that i have responsible for. The other task is to handle several document, fill it with certain new data and photostet it..

5th Day

Today i have learn a new things in "eSispen". Before this i just take those information and fill it to the Microsoft Excell and print it for the "kursus" but today i have learn how to update the person who have done the "Kursus Maklumat Pekebun Kecil" into their personal data for the record. Its quite lots of list name for the data entry and quite busy today. Also i have to make a phone call for the confirnmation of "Kursus Teknikal Sawit".

This is all for this week...for the weekend i will have a break..

In this 4th day, the task i have given today is using "e-Sispen" to find lost of data in "Kursus Biro Tatanegara" and key in those data in the Microsoft Excel. Then i fax it to the branches and make follow up to make confirmation wether their have recieve the fax or not.

p/s: Bob and En. Zul from Admin Unit recommended us to have a "Nasi ayam Lekit" yesterday but we try it today. Its a wierd name but is quite tasty and HOT.

3rd Day

Today is the third day im in RISDA. Its quite same with the last two day task im have done but i also have learn a new things today. Firstly is i learn how to make phone call to the other branch under RISDA to have a comfirmation for the list of the "Kursus Biro Tatanegara". The things that i learn today is how to communicate with other branch using phone call to that staff assign for. The most important thing i have learn is how to use "eSispen" which is the database system that are using in RISDA. "The eSispen" is full of information about the employee data in details. I have to use this system to fill in the "Biro Tatanegara" list and key in those data then fax for them.

2nd Day

Today is the 2nd day i have internship at RISDA. Although we being seperated into three unit which is Admin, "Pekebun Kecil" and Training Unit which is ive been located for, but are still connected with other staff because mostly of the task, we must go to other unit to handle the task and deal with that staff at the different unit. This happen because we are in the same department. The interesting part today is En. Alias and Pn. Roudha is they wanted me to speak english with them and other staff. The task that i doing today is data entry for the "Kursus Kenegaraan" and check all the listed name for those activity and fix the error. Also deal with microsoft excel and words. The other things that i have done is to use the fax machine. The most things that i have learn today is the communication skills.

1st day at Risda

Today is my first internship at Risda. My supervisor at Risda Cik Nurazimah is "mc" today. We meet Puan Siti Roudha to guide our internship here also Puan Marlinny as Asisstant Director in Staff Training Unit to guide on our task.Its quite busy here, got lots of task from morning till evening. Mostly what im doing is key in the data for "Biro Tatanegara Negara" and using Microsoft excell. The other things that im doing is how to use photostet machine. Its new experience here to deal with other people at other unit today.
